President & CEO, Dr. Deitra C. Payne, founded C. Payne Consulting & Training (CPCT) in 2006 to assist businesses and individuals in achieving their goals.  CPCT was established to provide efficient and expert solutions to businesses and individuals. Our primary services include diversity and sensitivity training, conflict resolution, team building and leadership coaching for businesses.  Individual services include life and career coaching.  We also offer customized services to cater to the unique needs of our clients.  CPCT partners with other small businesses to bring to its clients a wide array of services.

Dr. Deitra C. Payne received her B.A. in Accounting, a M.A. in Management & Public Policy and a Ph.D. in Management. Dr. Payne is caring and compassionate and is dedicated to the success of her clients. Dr. Payne is inspirational and motivational in her techniques to empower her clients.

Dr. Payne is an adjunct professor at several universities and volunteers in her community. She is also a member of the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
