Keeping Your New Year’s Resolutions With Goal Setting


Research indicates that only a small percentage of people actually keep their New Year's resolutions. This is not surprising to hear since many of us have been there. Despite the grim statistics, we have the power to truly be successful in keeping our resolutions.  One way in which we can keep our resolutions is with goal setting. Traditional goal setting practice indicates following the SMART rule. In other words, goals should be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely.

Are you living happy?  We all want to live happy, but how many of us truly are.  Living happy is a state of mind and is within our power. Happiness comes from within and you can choose to live happy or you can choose to live unhappy. This is not to say there won't be trails and tribulations or obstacles and hurdles in your life, but rather, how you choose to deal with what is put in front of you. It's all about your attitude.
